RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Don’t sweat it, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Get started here.

  • Exchanges are free and ship immediately! You’ll have two weeks to decide what you want to keep and a prepaid label will be provided to send back what you don’t want.

  • Returns for store credit are processed as soon as your return gets back to us.

  • Returns for a refund are subject to a flat $7 fee to help offset shipping and handling costs. We are a small, analog operation. Please allow up to 5 weeks for processing and your refund after delivery.

  • We do not currently offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

This one’s important - All returned/exchanged items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition

  • Be in the original packaging with tags attached

  • Not have any strong smells, scents, perfumes, or pet hair

How do I create a return or exchange?

How do I ship stuff back?

  • When your return/exchange is submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label

  • If you’re returning/exchanging items from multiple orders, each needs to be handled separately. That means you need to go through the returns/exchange process for each order and ship the items separately with their corresponding shipping label.  

Can I just ship the items back myself and you figure it out?

  • Nope! We only accept returns and exchanges that are submitted through the returns portal.

I didn't get a label! What now?

  • Email us (denim@ripton.co) and we’ll resend it for ya.

I screwed up! How can I change my exchange/return after it’s been submitted?

  •  Once submitted, return and exchanges can’t be edited, but shoot us an email at denim@ripton.co and we’ll cancel it so you can start over.

My item is damaged!

  • Email us (denim@ripton.co) and we’ll get it sorted out ASAP!

I received the wrong item.. what now?

Ripton orders are picked and shipped by real live humans and sometimes mistakes happen – sorry about that! Here’s how to fix it:

Go to our returns portal and create an exchange

  • Enter your order number and zip code/email address to get started

  • Select the item that you ordered but didn’t get

  • Mark the reasoning, "I received the wrong item"

  • Select the item you originally ordered

  • Follow the instructions to complete the exchange

  • Trust that we won’t blow it again

What can’t be refunded or exchanged?

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping costs

  • Items discounted at/more than 30% are exchange-only

  • Items discounted at/more than 40% are final sale

  • Specific items as indicated in the product page description
