RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 14 days.

  • Please allow ~10 weeks processing time after submission.  We are experiencing the highest volume of returns and exchanges ever. As a small biz, we cannot offer instant refunds for this many people.
  • Store credit is processed as soon as your package delivers to us! No wait. 
  • Pre-orders and delivery delays are the only exception to the 14 day window. Email us denim@ripton.co for assistance
  • We do not currently offer international returns and exchanges but are working on it.

All returned/exchanged items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition
  • Have all original tags attached and packaging included
  • Not have any strong smells, scents, perfumes or pet hair

What items are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable?

  • Gift cards
  • Specific items as indicated in the product page description
  • Items discounted at/more than 30% are exchange-only
  • Items discounted at/more than 40% are final sale

What are my refund options?

All returns offer the option to be refunded to the original form of payment or shop credit

How do I create a return or exchange?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and zip code
  • Follow the instructions to complete your return or exchange

How do I ship back the items? What does it cost?

  • When your return/exchange is submitted, you will receive a shipping label
  • If you are returning/exchanging multiple items from different orders, they cannot be combined into one package. They must be shipped using their coordinating shipping label provided. 
  • Exchanges are free
  • Returns include a $7 handling fee to help us support shipping and labor costs due to processing
  • If opt'ing for shop credit on a return, the handling fee is waived

Can I just ship you back the items and you figure it out?

  • No, we do not accept direct returns
  • Your return MUST be processed via our returns center (link above) and sent with the shipping label provided

I didn't get a label! What now?

If you didn't get a label and/or you need the label resent, email us!

How can I change the items in my exchange/return?

We can't edit a return or exchange, but we can cancel it so you can start over. Send us an email to make this happen.

My item is damaged!

Email us within 7 days of delivery and we can help you out.

I received the wrong item.. what now?

  • Create an exchange by visiting our returns center
  • Enter  your order number and zip code
  • Select the item that was not received
  • Mark the reasoning, "I received the wrong item"
  • Select the intended item
  • Follow any remaining instructions to complete the exchange
