The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring on-time order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, shipping and receiving. Your role will involve picking and packing orders, processing returns, supporting inventory management, and handling various warehouse tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision and urgency
- Receive, disassemble and stock palletized shipments with Warehouse team
- Execute inventory cycle counts
- Complete repetitive tasks with an exceptional focus on detail and urgency
- Continuously communicate, problem-solve, and seek efficiencies in warehouse operations in a team-oriented manner
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment from shelf to workspace
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and shipping
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 50lbs as required
- Strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and open to feedback and improvement
- Excellent timeliness and self-management skills
