Ripton is seeking an intern for its scrappy Jarketing (Jort Marketing) Department. We have built a strong presence on Instagram with an opportunistic, organic approach, and now it is time to pour a can of gasoline on our already-raging bonfire of #Jontent.
Ripton’s Marketing Intern will take a systematic approach to outreach, relationship building, content sourcing, and metrics tracking to build a voluminous arsenal of incredible User Generated Content (UGC). This will allow Ripton to post content more often, and post content that reflects the community of Justomers who love our Performance Denim.
An ideal candidate would have an intuitive understanding of social media content, strong organizational skills, shameless lack of inhibition to cold-DM anyone and everyone online, and a baseline level of stoke for Ripton’s mission and identity.
This internship is for course credit. The internship will start in early January and end in June (flexible, depending on the intern’s schedule). If our intern absolutely crushes it, there is potential for them to move into a more permanent role at our small but growing brand. Regardless, literally no one else in the talent pool will be able to put this experience on their resume, so we are offering an opportunity that is ripe beyond measure.
