Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Joliday giveaway ("Giveaway"). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 3. How to Enter:

7.4 The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 Ripton, its affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prize(s).
