From the get go you know these shorts are special. Wore them to play disc golf, easily threw the longest bombs I’ve ever thrown. Straddle putts are pure comfort. Every throw is like moving through a field of puppies. 10/10 would recommend adding to any sports uniform.
There is something special about a product that meets specific needs. Sure, one can go to their local thrift store or ruffle through old clothes, and create their own cut offs. But when a company creates a pair of JORTS that move with the body, that doesn't hinder or restrict your movements, you transcend into a world you didn't know existed. The only qualm I have is with the shorts that are not hemmed, the fraying strands seem to keep coming. I worry the shorts will eventually keep losing thread.
I don't typically leave reviews, but I wanted to in this case. Ripton really knocked it out of the park balancing the look of a stylish summer short while providing a full stretch akin to lycra. I’ve seen others try these but they always look slightly off, these get it just right. The only thing I would change is perhaps putting a button or similar closure atop one of the pockets. Aside from that these things are perfect!
Hot ****, I feel good and I know I look good. These are amazing.
Perfect fit, unbelievably comfortable. Stretch makes them suitable for any and every activity.
I have some of the original Ripton jorts, which I wear often, but these are notably better! Mesh pockets are a win, and the denim doesn't stretch out as quickly as the originals. Fit is perfect in my book.
True to jort life Should have sized down Somehow I’m smaller
I only bought them because @dcuppers told me to
I think this shorts are incredible. They fit very well, stretch to accommodate activity, and are just over all very comfortable. I only wish they were slightly less expensive.
******* expensive. ******* rad. If they last 9 months it's worth it. Had them for two weeks and skied, mtbd, alley cat raced, and partied.
