Our most ambitious project to-date. We’ve updated an iconic shape, the overall, into a robust modern machine, with an array of advanced technical features, but in a fleece-lined form that is warm and friendly and strikes a conversation. Using a double-knit bi-component solution; we have a supreme next-to-skin brush-backed experience on the inside. And a resiliently rugged performance denim on the outside, inspired by workwear knits, that can hold up to the rigors of bikes, skis, or pouring a foundation. We balanced a 12.5 oz. mid-weight fabric that insulates but doesn’t overheat while around the house. On warmer ski days (over 25 degrees) we will ski in them, bike in them, but they don’t need to make it past a day of lounging around the house, or walking to the coffee shop to experience their stretchy insulated wonder, a gift to the burgeoning category of shredleisure, this one is going to be hard to follow-up.

XS's having finished production and we have 60 units coming soon. We're going to reopen preorder as they're a special case scenario. We also do have size smalls coming back in stock, after we fix a few errors. We will use "notify me when in stock" for those units. And we are working on a reorder as well with a slightly varied wash.
I am SO happy I found these. These things are day-makers. A stranger recently told me I looked “cool as ****” and wanted to know where could she get some. Compliments aside, they just make me really happy every time I wear them. C’mon, it’s super fun wearing overalls. Also, they could not be comfier. The denim is high quality - soft and stretchy, sturdy but light. I love that I can feel cute wearing these around town and also shred a trail in them. I went with an XL — street clothes I wear a L, but for gear I wear XL (ski pants, mtb shorts, etc). XL was the way to go for my purposes. They still fit nicely around my massive-mountain-muscle butt and thighs but they don’t feel tight cause the stretchy material and cut is just right. I bet the large would’ve looked great too but I’m happy to have the extra room to move. Also, pre-purchase I had questions about the sizing and the customer service experience was great. I will be happy to buy more Ripton stuff!
These are my new favorite closet staple! Super comfortable and flexible. Hiked and skied in them and don't want to take them off! Would love to see expanded sizing options in the future.
Best overalls I’ve ever worn. Wow! game changing ! Wear them doing anything, and everyday attire too. They look good, quality construction, stretch fabric, tapered fit. You guys Nailed It !
I cannot explain the level of satisfaction I feel when I am wearing my Bluebird Overalls. I have worn them for all different activities out here on the west coast. I was a little concerned when I read about the fleece lining, but it is not like a super thick fleece situation, which is great for me because it means I will be able to wear these all year long in Santa Cruz. I've already recommended them to countless friends and have people on the trails asking me where I got them, so they are definitely aesthetically pleasing as well. Make the leap, spend the money on a company that is making epic stuff. 10/10 would recommend.
They are too tight around the middle. I would not be able to wear warm clothes underneath these overalls. I am going to try the Men's to see if they fit better.
